users can work within their own space and explore their data which is
collected from multiple sources. You are receiving this data protection
notice either because you or your employer has signed an agreement with us
to directly provide you with healthcare insurance and/or other additional

clients expect from us to carefully handle and protect the personal
information they share with us (as defined below).

Application features
The application allows users to benefit from our online services in an
easy and fast way. It also provides users with contact information of our
healthcare providers and other parties to get updates about their
treatment process.
Card Holders
- View card details and all of the information related to the status of
the contract.
- View your medical file including your diagnoses, test results, reports,
and the status of your ongoing treatments.
- Search for healthcare providers near your area, and also get their
contact information and directions to their locations via Google Maps.
- Book appointments to visits doctors from our medical network.
- View current prescriptions and submit pre-approvals.
- View and track approvals linked to chronic forms and their related
details.
- Search for medical services anytime and anywhere.
- Direct communication with our customer service staff.
- View medical files of your dependents (if they were included in the
contract).
- Send inquiries and get support.
Approved Healthcare Providers
- Request approvals and track them.
- Follow up on payments.
- Review patients’ medical history and test result shared by the insured
himself.

It is the information related to you or members of your family who are
included in the insurance contract and benefit from our services. Your
information might be directly shared by you or by a third party who has
the right to do so (e.g. healthcare providers, your employer, the
insurance company... etc.). Due to the nature of the services
